child? Certainly not! JESUS SPEAKS OF THE HOLY GHOST as being man's comforter, then He says I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you. The Bible says the Holy Ghost is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Jn:14:26: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name,... Here we see the name given to the Holy Ghost. That is why John could write in his book, " father, Son, and Holy Ghost, these three ARE one. Of the babe to be born in a manger, Mary was told, "call his name JESUS". When the Apostles were sent out, they COMMANDED that every MAN BE BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS. Acts 2:38. They understood that the singular name asked for in Matthew 28:19 in none other than the name of Jesus. Jesus, meaning Jehovah salvation, is indeed the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. The name being sought after in this scripture is Jesus. This is why the baptism in the name of Jesus is essential to apply the sacrifice of God to man's life. In every life there must be and unblemished lamb for sacrifice. Only blood can wash away sin. Jesus said you must be baptized. Rom:6:3: Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Baptism applies the sacrifice of Jesus Christ to man's life. In every life there must be and unblemished lamb for sacrifice. And only blood can wash away sin. Jesus said you must be born of the water and the Spirit, telling also, John the baptism that baptism must be done to fulfill all righteousness. JESUS IN FLESH LIKE US The Bible says that the working of the flesh is enmity toward God. Jesus had to live in a body, housing the soul of sin, as other men do. King David said we are born in sin and shaped in iniquity. As in Adam, all die because of sin. The soul is that thinking part of the fleshly computer housing it cravings emotions, and lust. Jesus had to get the life and emotion of the flesh under control. He had to "crucify" the flesh with its lust. The apostle Paul said: when I will to do good sin is present with me. Jesus put this will and emotion of sin under subjection in order for the flesh to do the will of the Spirit, and to die on Calvary's cross. Jesus lived with the body and emotions that desired sin. The soul which is the seat for our emotions, also craved sin though ruled by a wonderful counselor, MIGHTY GOD and EVER LASTING FATHER. The Spirit of God felt the flesh of man first hand, feeling, the Bible states, "the infirmity of our spirit". Our spirit man must also put under subjection the will of the flesh in order to do the will of God. Will we be willing? After the words of God are shared, are we willing the obey them? ARE WE GOOD ENOUGH? The Feeling that you are a good person, is not enough to make it into the pearly gates. We are presumptuous if we think that Jesus left His throne in glory; was persecuted, mocked, beaten, crucified, and His blood ran down, so that we can do our own thing! Jesus is looking for the one that will DO THE WILL of he Father who is heaven. He is looking for those will to be washed in His blood. It takes a sacrifice on our part. Obedience is what it takes. What we must do is clearly spelled out in scripture, by Jesus Himself, and by the messengers that he sent to find His lost sheep. Speaking to John the Baptist's disciples, the apostle said to them, Acts:19:2 Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. Acts:19:3: And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. Acts:19:4: Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. Acts:19:5: When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Using Calvary's crucifixion to the fullest extent of the sacrifice, we eat His broken body, which is the word of God, and drink His blood, which the bible says is
