[Let Their Yesterday's Suffering Be Our Benefit]

Why did the LORD destroy the earth during the flood?  Could one of the reasons be that man was too wicked, that there were dinosaurs or both?
Man was surrounded, according to Job and other ancient books by ghastly beast in existence at that time.  There were dinosaurs roaming the earth.  Some of those dinosaurs were meat eaters that were forty-five feet tall and had teeth that were a foot in length.  There were also dinosaurs that looked like
Tyrannosaurus rex meanings "king of the "tyrant lizards."  Except that they were only six feet tall.  These hunted in packs and were very quick.  If man were to populate the world how could he do it with dinosaurs there.  Man didn't have a chance against the dinosaurs. Something needed to happen to get rid of the threat of the dinosaur.

      "
Gen: 6:5: And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."

Since Adam had eaten the fruit, Man had the knowledge of good and evil.  Man's nature had now changed to one of evil for the Bible says man's heart is wicked above all things and who can know it.  In that time there was no law or police to stop him, every man ruled the way he wanted to. Therefore if evil was his intent; that would be the way it was.
Genesis: 6:5: And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

According to an ancient writing, men had learned how to make weapons of war and use astrology.  There was much witchcraft and abominations going on before the face of the Lord.  Man was now dealing with the workings of familiar spirits (witchcrafts) as well. To add to this, there were giants in the land, and these giants were carnivorous to the point that when they ran out of one form of meat, they ate men who were much smaller in stature to them.  The Lord saw the earth and that there was nothing but evil.  Another translation says that men had spoiled God's creation. It was not God's will that men continue in this state of wickedness.

To further the purpose of God, the LORD had to do something.  Hence the flood, and with Noah finding favor with God, He could continue the race of mankind with a righteous seed.

Let Their Yesterday's Suffering Be Our Benefit.
One of my biggest questions for African American people today: is why must we always and forever try to identify, and fight against the dead institution of slavery? Why do so many try to blame all of life's problems on "the white man".
February was a month honoring great people of Blackness, whose roles were not destroyed or rerouted by our past.  The institution of slavery does not exist in our culture today. I do not know any slaves, neither was I ever, or anyone I know, a slave.

The institution of slavery that haunts so many today was in existence in Africa, long before the white man began to gain by the enterprise. The capture and sale of slaves into the European countries began as an extension of a practice already proliferated in the nation of Africa, Africans enslaving Africans. In the book AFRICANA-"f-u-b-u", we can see an African male guarding African male slaves who looked very undernourished with chains around their necks. African Women were held as house and field slaves, and for harems in other African households. They had no family but the master. African men especially began to be traditionally exported. There began to be so many African males captured in tribal wars and sold, that there

Noah found favor with God and was saved from the flood to continue a righteous seed.
